ECO WORLD FOUNDATION HANDS OVER “KNOWLEDGE CAPSULE” TO SJKC YING WAH, KAPAR, SELANGOR
Eco World Foundation officially handed over a newly completed “Knowledge Capsule” (学海舱) on 10 Sep 2025 to SJKC Ying Wah in Kapar — a mini library and multipurpose learning pod designed to spark students’ interest in reading and lifelong learning. The project, fully sponsored by Eco Sanctuary, was completed in just three weeks with a total investment of RM42,000.
Chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye highlighted that the Knowledge Capsule is more than a library, describing it as a space where curiosity can grow and where students can discover the joy of reading. The open-concept pod features air-conditioning, floor-seating and simple, functional furnishings to create a cosy and inviting learning environment.
Located at the heart of the school’s green courtyard, the Knowledge Capsule will be used for reading sessions, storytelling, book-sharing activities and guided learning. This initiative reflects the Eco World Foundation’s continued commitment to providing enriching educational spaces that support students’ growth and development.
