ECO WORLD FOUNDATION IMPROVES SMK SELAYANG BHARU’S SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT WITH COVERED WALKWAY
The Eco World Foundation believes that education is a fundamental right and that every student deserves equal opportunities. Proper school infrastructure is vital to meet the needs of all students effectively.
In response to these needs, we have constructed a 21-metre covered walkway, known as “Laluan Teduhan Eco Mutiara,” for SMK Selayang Bharu.
This enhancement benefits the entire school community, particularly special needs students.
Equipped with special lighting and handrails, the walkway creates a more complete and conducive learning environment.
Since our inception in 2014, Eco World Foundation has invested RM1.26 million in upgrading school infrastructure.
Located in Batu Caves, SMK Selayang Bharu serves a community of 1,974 students. 142 of them are students with special needs.
This project was another initiative of EcoWorld Cares.
